Walter Lee Scott, 70, of Jacksonville died Dec. 29, 2016 in Jacksonville.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Jones Funeral Home chapel in Jacksonville. Interment will follow at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville. 
Survivors include wife, Carmen R. Scott of the home; daughters, Tanya Scott of Greensboro, Adriana J. Scott of Jacksonville; mother, Inez M. Williams of Atlanta, Georgia; sisters, Emma Greer of Jacksonville, Florida, Renda Faye Scott of Alpharetta, Georgia. and Tammy Scott of Alton, Illinois; brothers, Joe Nathan Scott of Hampton, Georgia, Lester Bo Scott of Alton, Illinois and Roland T. Scott of Bellville, Illinois.
The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
