DELORES LEE

ALTON — Delores Lee of Alton passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2014, at Alton Memorial Hospital. Born in Alton on July 2, 1946, Delores was the second daughter of the late James W. Lee, who preceded her in death, and Juanita (Trezvant) Lee of Alton. Delores was employed by Olin Corporation as a "hand packer" in T-500. She retired in 2008 after 40 years.

Delores will be remembered for the many special and fun times that she spent with her family and friends, for her love of life, and for her kindness. She was a former member of St. James Baptist Church.

Delores is survived by her mother, Juanita Lee, sisters: Doris Williams (Joseph)of Godfrey, Peggy Starks (Ricky) of St. Charles, Mo., Colette Lee of Alton, nieces, nephews, special friends and relatives.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. service Friday, May 23, 2014, at Greater St. James Baptist Church, 2016 Belle St., Alton, with Pastor James Webb officiating. Burial will follow at Upper Alton Cemetery.
